T.E.R.A. s.r.l. (Technologies for Renewable Energy and Environment) is a company founded by Alfaraee S.r.l. specialized in services for photovoltaic systems, both ground-mounted and rooftop.
Established in 2020, as of today it is capable of supporting you from the inception of your photovoltaic system, guiding you step by step through all phases, including installation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, as well as the disposal of the end-of-life panels.
THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER END-OF-LIFE MANAGEMENT OF PV PANELS
If you own a photovoltaic system subsidized by the Italian Conto Energia program, you are also responsible for the proper disposal of your end-of-life pv and solar panels. These are classified as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment); therefore, their removal and disposal must be carried out by a specialized company that operates in accordance with European Directive 2012/19.
How we can help your company
We come to you to inspect and assess your photovoltaic system. We provide you with a suitable disposal quote.
Our team of experienced technicians works safely using appropriate and CE-certified equipment. We handle both the dismantling of old panels and the installation of new ones if you have chosen to modernize (revamping) or upgrade (repowering) your system.
At the end of the dismantling process, we package the old panels for optimized safe transport.
We transport the panels to an authorized waste facility using authorized vehicles.
We work throughout Italy. Depending on the location of your system, we will deliver the panels to one of our facilities or to a third-party facility we work with.
Once the waste management process is completed, we prepare all the necessary documentation, so that you can notify the GSE
For each installed photovoltaic module, a fee must be paid to guarantee the proper management of the waste generated by the photovoltaic panels.
If you joined the GSE instead of the Collective System, by relying on a specialized company like Alfaraee for the management of WEEE, you can get a refund of 20 EURO for each photovoltaic module disposed of correctly.
